Nelson’s Customer Care always comes first! Quality of work is a priority! Knowledge and execution of completing every job to perfection is their only goal! The Company from the top down is a trustworthy honest business which constantly demonstrates their ability to go the extra steps to completely satisfy their customers.
We've had a lot of work done over the years, and this is the first company that communicated perfectly the entire time. They had a lot of work to do so it took many days to complete it, but we knew what was happening at all times, and we were happy.
They did a great job. Arrived on time, were coordinated and got the job done quickly
The experience from the initial sales/consultation to when the project was ~90% complete was generally positive and I would have recommended Nelson. The biggest concern was that gutter install, painting and the final punch list items took over 6 weeks to complete. While there were a few days of weather delays, when the weather cleared, other projects were prioritized. It was very frustrating to have our deck and patio in disarray for weeks longer than planned and necessary.
