Without a doubt, I would recommend Nelson Exteriors your next job! I have had other workers in my home for five months with jobs including bathroom and laundry remodels; the difference between that team and the Nelson team were truly night and day. Nelson resurfaced my deck (Trex composite), which included new railing (wood/composite/baluster. The work started with a quote by Chris Ray who was prompt with any questions I had; he could not have been more helpful. I took my time with deciding on repair or going with the compos... read more
Beginning with Ryan who delinquently worked within my budget, we came in underbudget. Jorge de Angel, the contractor, was on site, easy to reach by phone, and took care of every concern throughout the project. Alex, the on-site lead painter, and his crew took care of painting the house, trim, shutters garage doors, deck screened porch and 16x20 art studio. They were on time and worked through the day until 6pm. I am so glad I choose Nelson Painting and would recommend they're entire staff for job well done.
They did an excellent job.
I really was impressed with the company and with the work done, except for the painters who were just ok. They were young and generally not experienced enough to do a thorough, professional job - little things were left undone, windows painted shut, etc. Their leader was also somewhat flippant and just didn't put in the time and concern that a really good painter would have.
We will be using Nelson for future projects and to do our downstairs windows next spring.
They did a fantastic job replacing the rotting cedar siding and reframing the rotting chimney. Good attention to detail in the painting and finishing work.
Nelson Exteriors did an amazing job with our new deck. My husband and I are very happy we chose this company. Top-notch material quality, professional crew, and friendly customer service. I highly recommend!
Sales rep was very helpful in determining our best options, project manager on the job and kept us informed and answered questions promptly, crew did an amazing job in efficient time and left area in good order. Office assistance helpful and met our expectations.
I trust him to do excellent work.
