I took my Bronco Sport in for a pretty routine repair, and for some recalls. Following the work, we had some pretty unforeseen incidents. It took 2 additional months to get everything right, but Nelson Ford did all they could possibly do to ensure everything was done to correct the matter. I was pleased with the results.
