Excellent people with fantastic customer service. I needed an additional propane source for my generator plus hook up to generator. The gentleman who did the install was very professional and informative. The gentleman who later came to fill the tank was very friendly and efficient.
Just moved to new home and regulator was leaking and they came out that day replaced it and service was excellent. Answered all my questions and concerns then added some propane. Also checked my stove and fireplace for any potential problems. Appreciated his detail in correcting what the previous owner should have done.
Nelson Propane has been servicing our needs for about 16 years and I have had no problems, Now that their Keep Full Program is up and running smoothly the service is even better.
