Very good experience, coordinator was very knowledgeable and helpful, packaging crew was a little rushed by rainy conditions resulting in a few broken items. Driver was excellent. Unpacking crew was excellent. Poor guys had to offload items on uhaul and bring to house and then offload in the rain and then bring items up a steep driveway. There were a few items broken during the offload but everyone was very professional and helpful.

Every thing from the first email/ call from Cristin to the driver and mover were very clear and quick to respond. Extremely happy with Jim and his team. They took care of our things as if it were their own.
