Very professional and customer focused. Movers were prompt and on-site when they said would be. Confirmation on when delivery would take place could have been solidified and communicated sooner.

I have always relied on family/friends to assist with previous moves; however, since I was moving from a first-floor apartment (Somerville, NJ) to a two-story condo (which also happened to be on the second floor itself, in Bedminster, NJ) no amount of pizza and beverages would have made me feel comfortable asking for unpaid help. The people at Nelson Westerberg were very easy to work with, in particular in scheduling delivery. The delivery people did a good job, and were very kind.
