Poor communications left me coordinating the coordinators. More trouble then if I’d just hired movers direct. Damage to most of my furniture; some stuff completely destroyed. Then you have to retain ur broken & damaged belongings as is (unrepaired) for 9 months. Worst experience possible.

Sandy Cuttle with Joe Picone and his crew, John, Rueben and Art, were the BEST we could ask for with our relocation and move. Everyone was on time, the best of attitudes, friendly and most importantly, very highly organized and efficient! I requested my husband be the primary contact; however, all calls continued to come to me.

Delivery was delayed by many days even though I agreed to the higher cost delivery to get my things by a certain date. The date was not met and no refund for more expensive shipment/guaranteed delivery was made. Delivery individuals and my phone contacts with the company were helpful and kind but their timeline is way off which really makes it hard when scheduling around work and personal schedule.

Everything seemed to be going well. The packers were friendly & the driver was fantastic. When we began unpacking, we found a huge lack of consistency for items being packed with like items, from the same room/shelves/sets. The worst part, our front load washer now has a leak caused by the road travel that ruined the solenoid, a $350 repair. We were promised a quick repair.
