Painless, communicative, and professional moving experience from initial discussions to pickup to unloading in my new apartment halfway across the country. Especially grateful for the support given how chaotic this past year has been (had to reschedule my move date least three times throughout the pandemic). Whole NW team is courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and very good at what they do. Highly recommend.

This group of movers was the best we have experienced. They were quick and efficient and had a great sense of humor. They were very respectful and considerate. I had no worries about this team getting the job done and doing it right! With all the big pieces they were great and careful, but what made them stand apart from my previous moves is the little things. Like making sure all the writing on the boxes was visible so that I could see the content list at a glance. Most importantly, they were smiling and joking with each other. I think that really helped set the mood for a good move!

We had a great experience with Nelson Westerberg in a household goods move from Wisconsin to New York in March 2020. While there was nothing particularly complicated with the contents of the move, we did have some very specific constraints with when the pickup needed to happen and when the delivery needed to happen (one week apart). They accommodated our schedule constraints and I was particular impressed that the the same person (Enrique) was present at both the pickup and the delivery. Also impressed that they transferred from a big semi trailer to a smaller truck better suited to the urban delivery site in NY. They took great care with the contents, and with protecting the floors, walls, etc at both locations. I would use them again, and strongly recommend them.

All parties involved were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Great company and even better employees. :)
