Painless, communicative, and professional moving experience from initial discussions to pickup to unloading in my new apartment halfway across the country. Especially grateful for the support given how chaotic this past year has been (had to reschedule my move date least three times throughout the pandemic). Whole NW team is courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and very good at what they do. Highly recommend.
I was very pleased with the speed and quality of the team. They took care of my belongings and were very respectful.
The movers that packed up my old residence were very prompt and did a great job. The driver had my belongings delivered the next day after the truck was loaded. The move in went OK, some wall damage that I attributed to the cost of moving big furniture into tight quarters. I had to connect my own washer and dryer after technician had something come up. Went to connect dryer and realized movers had destroyed hose by placing dryer on top of it when they moved it in. All in all the move out was great but the move in could have ... read more

Sandy is the best Customer Support representative you can get for relocation. She did the great job from picking the right team so that end result was good. Also she set the right expectation and was flexible to small adjustments. The Driver for moving the household items was again fantastic, he picked handful of right team who did great job. I received the items in good shape.

Aside from a couple small miscommunications, everything went great! I would definitely use Nelson Westerberg for another move.

Overall it was an above average moving experience, however, it took weeks to get a move date. My belongings had to be out of storage by 8/11/19 and my unload didn’t take place until 8/29/19 and there was never a clear reason given as to why my things couldn’t get here until then. It costed me an extra $500 in storage costs.
