Better care of animals and more experienced staff. They incorrectly diagnosed my cat and charged me a packet for the poor treatment!
The vet that we seen was more concerned about payment then compassion of our fur child....Yes we had the $1700 .....Talked in vet terms refused at first that I was taking my dog first thing in the morning to my vet.....And next morning snubbed me even though she treated my pup that night no hi you dogs doing fine or good luck or I did this treatment she was very rude.....The girls at the counter and the other vet that explained were very caring and lovely I guess there always that one
Wish I knew yesterday what I see today! Our little girl has come home scared of us due to something that has happened to her in this vets care, she has come home worse then when she went in there. They are not caring AT ALL She is vomiting old blood ( she hasn’t even had surgery!) One receptionist/ vet nurse and one vet were so god dam rude and arrogant! I took my 18month pup to get a lump checked out that was on her knee that was pink and oozing which had only been there for 2 days. The vet took a blood sample and came back telling me she had a tumour and went through the $1700 invoice outlining the cost of everything required for surgery, explaining they needed to take a 1cm margin of skin to make sure they took all the tumour, recommending I got the surgery done in the next week due to where the tumour was. Absolutely useless bunch of people. My dog was taken here last night as she wasnt being herself. We were told it was arthritis and were given anti-inflammatories. Took her for a second opinion this morning to a qualified vet to find out it is poisoning. Shes currently undergoing blood transfusions this is the second time they have misdiagnosed her. Thank god for a second opinon. I will be sure to let as many people as possible know to never go here absolutely disgusted.
Im disgusted that i had to put my beloved DEXTER down of a curable disease.All because i didnt have 75 percent of the total cost up front
