Unique menu, excellent in every way. Best Old Fashion in town.
Spectacular food, and service to match. Job well done!
Our server was very attentive and did a nice job describing dishes. Our table was a booth up front which was comfortable and roomy. Food was good but not outstanding. Gnocchi dish is not traditional gnocchi and it lacks punch. The veal was good and the Carbonara was nice.
It was tasty, but portions are small. I cleaned my plate, even after also having an appetizer.
If we come back, we’ll focus on getting just pastas, risotto and tiramisu, because those are the shining stars. This was our second time here and we compare it to Vida (our favorite) and Cerulean, the restaurant that used to be in this space. Both of those places are/were superior to Nesso in our opinion. My husband and I were meeting friends to dine at Nesso for the first time. We were early and decided to grab a drink in the bar. The bartender was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Once our friends arrived, we were seated and Anthony was our server. He was outstanding! He was very friendly and helpful with our food questions. But the food.... WOW! It was delicious! Can’t wait to go back!
Pork Shank was amazing. Nice atmosphere. Service not rushed. Great place for a business dinner.
Our group shared the bruscetta , the figs and the carbonara pasta. They were all fabulous. Then we had the scallops, salmon and veal. Everyone loved their entrees and suggested wine selections were perfect. Will go back
From the greeting to departing, we were very impressed with the atmosphere, the kind and detailed menu explanations, the recommendations by waiter Lee, the presentation of the food, and the flavorful enjoyment of each item ordered! We did not feel rushed, while everything was served in a timely manner, and the recommendation of the Tiramasu was OUTSTANDING - it was all the tiramasus we have ever ordered consolidated into one "to die for" magnificent ending to a most enjoyable meal and experience.
