netBlazer has been my internet provider for several-years now. I have only experienced 1 brief issue in all this time and a call to netBlazer had the issue resolve in 15 minutes. I wouldn’t consider changing, not now or later. 5 Star service !
I've been using them for 6 months now. Apart from the fact that our building doesn't support the top speed offered by netBlazr, everything seems to be flawless. It was enough to watch full HD and play online video games simultaneously.
I am a happy customer. We have had Netblazr service for over a year and we have had NO major issues. Early on there was an issue that took a while to get fixed (more than a day) but it was because they did not have the access to our building they needed and could not get in to fix it until staff was available. It is affected by heavy weather but that has been rare and has only slowed it down a bit. I love having . the upload and down load speeds be effectively equal since I keep a lot in the cloud.

Almost 2 years, since I actively promote and participate in convincing of my building administration to bring up and start NetBlazr service to our apartments at Massachusetts Ave, and I am very happy that I was the part of that process! This is the best internet I ever had in Boston! Superb fast speed, very rarely occured outages, great problem solving customer service, and, best of all, no hidden charges or fees as the other providers do. Thank you NetBlazr!
Service was initially good (150 Mbps+) but service went offline Friday. Got in touch with support and they sent someone over within a couple hours to fix the issue. Stellar support - well done guys!
