I have been with NetBlazer for about 5 years now, in the past it was easy to talk to the Engineering team for any issue, but now you have to talk to other people who do not have the basic Technical skills then you have to wait for hours or days for the Engineering team to get back to you. NetBlazer has seen its good years, I cannot rely in this kind of service when I need my Internet connection to do my work. Switching back to Xfinity as much as I hate to go back to Comcast. Moses

Much gratitude to field technician Dave, who put in a ton of hard work to get us back up and running when our radio conked out. netBlazr's phone support may not be what it used to be, but its engineering team can be counted on to get the job done.

I have had the worst luck with this company. My building uses them and I’m locked in so I can’t even get out of it. There is an outage everyday for a few minutes and no one is willing to answer the tech support line or even respond back to the emails to get someone over to address this issue. I’m about to raise an issue with the BBB and FTC.

Was great while it lasted, but over the last month the speeds have gone from 400+ Mbps down to 15. Numerous support tickets were opened, but there has been zero follow-up. They offered to come out later this week, but Comcast has an earlier appointment.

After the lines were cut by someone in the past, Tommy and Bobby went above and beyond to find the access panel, crawl through, and get it reattached so that I could get internet. As a bonus they figured out how to get my chandelier working at the same time! 10/10 would recommend.
