I was very pleased with the maintenance check up on my furnace. Lee called ahead as planned and was able to arrive at an earlier time. Upon arrival, Lee was very courteous and presented an outline of what he would be doing. He got to work immediately and completed his service with an explanation of the results . I have been extremely satisfied with my furnace and AC units. I have seen remarkable changes in the electric and gas bills since the installation. During regular annual service visit, service tech discovered a gas leak in the furnace. Gas was turned off and the unit replaced the following day. Very prompt, very professional, very neat.

Randall and Justin did a wonderful job on the inspection and safety check on my furnace, I like that they kept me informed of what they were doing along with some insight about the heat that flows through my home. I would definitely recommend them for your job too.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. For the first time, after many questions in the past, he nailed my problem (cold spots, inefficient heating) so completely that it made sense to me. He offered solutions and followed up on the spot with additional company resources. Lee (the technician) was fabulous!! Thank you New Albany for sending such an outstanding technician!

Your last technician was fine. The furnace constantly breaks down. I do not have the knowledge to know why this furnace continues to fail, but I am extremely disappointed with it. I have 5 furnaces in my home and have very little service calls for the other four furnaces, which are 20 years old. Obviously, this is a problem for 5 Star.
