I was contacted by James when he was on his way...was right on time. He was COVID safe, gloved and masked, kept a social distance, wore booties in the house. Very knowledgeable about the problem with our air conditioner. Now deciding what I’m going to replace...just the air conditioner or furnace too. NO PRESSURE

Service was great! Shane, the HVAC Technician was extremely knowledgeable, explained the potential cost of repair versus purchasing a new unit. Explained the various options of replacing my Central Air plus Furnace, was extremely knowledgeable about each HVAC package, did not try to hard sell, and was completely professional throughout the experience. I would highly recommend this company and Shane!
