We encountered multiple missed deadlines and delays that came dangerously close to jeopardizing both our property purchase and the overall build. This created a highly stressful experience. In the end, we received what felt like a “check-the-box” phone call, with the takeaway being that while things shouldn’t happen this way, sometimes they just do—which, frankly, was disappointing.
