We signed a contract in april and still to this day no word on any date that they plan in tearing down and building the new garage,,, can not get ahold of anyone for help to get things moving along, ******** ****** ******** *** *** ******* This company will give you many excuses and no answers
Terrible customer service! After you give them a deposit, they don’t call you back or they don’t text you back. It starts with the salesman Patrick at first he’s good and then he refused to text back. We wanted a couple of add-ons three windows and another door. Nothing until it goes to Diana. Again at first, she responds to questions and then it’s radio silence. Third point of contact was Michael the owner. I would not use this business or recommend them to anyone. Their salesman did a great job of getting us to sign contract and make a $1000 deposit. We never heard back for install and made multiple attempts to discuss setup. We lost $1000 and still have no garage.
Our new Roof was put on November 8th, 2019, it was a complete tear off. We advised Mr. C******* to fix any damage he finds on the roof. He said Amish people would put on new roof, Amish did not work on roof. After work was finished we complained, that on the back right side of roof the shingles were dipping and wavy. ****** ************ *** I contracted with this company to build a garage for my 88 year old father. the company did not show up for the Architectural Review Board meeting. I was there and sat in for the meeting. The information the company supplied was full of mistakes including the wrong google site map. Different house completely. Patrick made the signing process simple and was very straightforward. Quality work completed by the Amish and it was absolutely amazing watching them build. True talent. Highly recommend their contracted electrical services too! The ONLY regret I have is I didn’t build a little bigger…. And that’s my fault!!! Thank you for excellent work! We do not know how this company exists. From wanting $1,000 cash from Patrick should've been a red flag to Diane who said our address didn't exist to the owner Michael who couldn't remember if they poured the cement. Unorganized and unprofessional runned company. BEWARE!!! We lost that $1,000 but well worth it to be rid of these people!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Too much has happened for me to keep it to the 200 word minimum. After reading all of the reviews online, I know they will deny everything they said "verbally", so I'm not going to go into it. **BEWARE of The CONTRACT!!** April 30, 2021, I took New Creations Builders to court for damaging my existing driveway while building my new garage (completed July 19, 2019). The Garfield courts dismissed the charges, because New Creations Builders have a clause in their contract that states "Contractor cannot guarantee any cracks or Spalding to new or existing concrete/driveway/garage pads/asphalt, but does guarantee that he will use a gravel base.....etc. In other words, this clause in their contract allows them to damage w... read more
