I was a patient of Lucy Krut and liked her alot. She is gone now and had told me to call in to get my new PNP. I called and was told I had not been reassigned, but they would call and and let me know.. I tried 2 days later only to be told I had a new Therapist and was given a name & appt. They still can't give me a talk therapist, even though I have asked for over a year. I think whoever runs the place
Taylor and your customer service folks are top notch! 5 stars. Your corporate policies are somewhat predatory. Missed one meeting by 10 minutes and you billed my credit card an ungodly amount not 5 minutes after the missed appointment. I have been a good customer and am good for my depts but that was ridiculous.
I began with a new therapist as Michael Schneider was my moving forward. After waiting 6 weeks (not bad) for an intake appt,,Robert was assigned to me. I went to the appt and I answered all his questions. We didn’t finish but he said he was going on vacation for 3 weeks. So, I made the appt and unfortunately I was sick with flulike symptoms .
