The staff is great. Called me the day before tot check in. So nice. The check in process was so easy. Staff is nice and thorough. Explained it all before and during. I was somewhat out but got to see it. So easy and quick. The prep is a bit difficult but worth the end result. Not in a hurry to do it again but worth the time and effort to stay on top of this. Had it done at 40 (family history) and now at 50. Healthy on the inside

Loved one was there during covid when no visitors were allowed. They transported him to a doctors appt where I saw him for first time in 2 weeks. He looked terrible, totally disheveled. He was in hospital johnny top, thin cotton scrub pants, hospital socks and thin blanket draped on his shoulders. He had clothing at NERH - shirts, sweater, pants, jacket - they just chose not to dress him. On a cold Feb day they didn't even bother to put on his jacket or shoes. Poor staff communication with family, poor discharge planning, short staffed leading to patient not getting help with bathing, poor food quality.
