As a first timer at New Height dental office from the front desk staff I was received with exceptional kindness, courtesy and welcomed. Carmen and Margaret was exceptionally compassionate and kind. Margaret who did my teeth cleaning was so gentle and made sure I was always comfortable. Carmen was such a delight that she took away the anxiety of getting re-established at a new dental office. My son loves Sebastian. He’s very friendly and he and my son like talking video games. He was also very good expressing to Corbin the importance of brushing and flossing. The dentist, Dr. Sweeney, is also great and does an amazing job. He also stressed to my son the importance of brushing and flossing and what happens if you don’t do a good job. Actually, everyone I’ve encountered at New Heights has been great. My son and my fiancé all get dental work done here.

In general care is good. Down graded because I’m tired of being sold things like retainers etc. would prefer more specific consultative support that drive to buy things that I assume are high margin ….
