Very great customer service and keep you very comfortable and relaxed. Carmen was great on explaining everything on what needed to be done and the process and had me very relaxed. They treat you like family at New Heights Dental. Margaret who did my cleaning did a great job and made sure I was okay during the cleaning!
I was pretty nervous going in but I was greeted politely by the front desk, her name was Conner I believe. My doctor, dr. Patel, was funny and pleasant and did a really good job. His DA, Laura did an excellent job with my tooth and also made sure I was very comfortable during the procedures

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Lived up to all the 5 star reviews I read prior to making an appointment . Thorough cleaning and exam. Everyone took great care to explain what they were doing and why. The office has the most up to date technology! The entire staff is friendly , high integrity, high energy and very competent.
