My son and I had to find a new dentist because our old one was not an in-network dentist and it was just too expensive to go to him anymore. I looked up dentists and saw reviews for this group. I have only been once to New Heights for a semi annual cleaning as we just moved to the area less than 1 year ago. But I am very pleased. Great practice and incredible staff.
If you have a phobia of dentists, this place is great. They take their time, explain what they’re doing, use numbing gel / laughing gas, and let you take a moment if you need time to calm yourself during a operation. Phobias are not rational and here all the dental staff do everything possible to help you. The facilities are very clean, modern, well maintained, comfortable (they offer you a blanket) and the dentist(s) are consistent. New Heights Dental has been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, genuine, always smiling, good music on the background, everyone seems to be very passionate about their job! Both on cleaning and doctor discussions I have been explained clearly the issues, possible solutions, estimate of the total cost. Everyone takes the time to listen. I enjoy the fact that their focus is on quality in all aspects. 5 stars!
Had my first appt with them and I think I’ve finally found my dentist group! They have many services inclusive within their practice. 3 dental providers. All the staff were so nice and genuine. Completed my cleaning, check, and explained the cost estimates for cavity repairs. I’d recommend anyone! Thank you for the great experience!
