RecommendedThis office is fantastic. I've been going over a year now and they haven't changed. The staff are all very welcoming and patient. The dentist are willing to meet with you and review your health. The office space is open and comfortable. The rooms your dental work is done in, are open and connected so it's not crowded but it's still very private! I've started bring the rest of my family here.
The entire staff- both doctors and staff alike, are always kind, considerate and friendly. When I first became a patient I hadn't been to a dentist in many, many years. Of course, the longer I waited to go, the more nervous I became! However, immediately on my first visit they completely put me at ease and didn't make me feel guilty for neglecting my dental health. After reading an amazing review on Yelp I was eager to set up an appointment at this dental office. Everything is super clean and organized, the staff is amazing. Dr. Riley is a real sweetheart and has a great sense of humor. He also has an incredible bedside manner which I really appreciate. Last but not least, they always have really great music playing throughout the office. It helps make the appointments go by a little quicker.
I’m new to San Antonio. I found New Heights Dental on the top 10 dentist office. I called to see if I could schedule a walk in for that day and they did. I was impressed. The front desk secretaries are so friendly!!! My doctor was very professional and hygienist as well! She did a awesome job!!! I will reschedule!!!!

I love this place. The only dentist that I have been to that I have no qualms of going to. Dr riley, is the best. Funny and caring. Techs are always so nice and friendly and put me at ease immediately. But the best part of this office is they aren't out to get us to do work that can possibly resolve itself and won't suggest expensive work unless absolutely necessary and they have payment plans. You can't beat that.
The entire staff is great to work with. Dr Riley is great with the patients and very thorough. I have long feared going to the dentist until I went there.
