I've had to file complaints with two consumer protection agencies due to unethical billing practices. They told me a teeth cleaning would cost a certain amount then months later they called me and said they forgot to charge me an additional amount. I don't believe it's ethical to tell someone a service cost a certain amount then after I agree to that amount change it months later.
I am an existing patient for the last several years. Called today (05/27/2022) because of an infection in my gums that is quite painful. I understand that it is the Friday before a holiday weekend, but was told in no uncertain terms that there was no way I could see the dentist before next Tuesday. Also asked if it was possible to speak directly with the dentist about prescribing an antibiotic to get me through the weekend and was also told that was not possible, and that I would have to wait and see them in person. I had very bad experience with this office
Staff was extremely unprofessional and seemed uneducated in procedures. Was made to feel uncomfortable during a procedure and was injured due to poor skill sets. Would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I wasn't given the right information on pricing I was told on price and when they were done it was totally different I wasn't happy with that at all and didn't seem to matter to them at all so I won't do that again I've been with Dr Rilye for years but no more
Usually the is our favorite dentist, but since our Spring Break issues with my husband’s appointment and mine we have trouble recommending this dentist. My husband will have spent several trips to the office this week to have his temp crown replaced. Today he was at the doctor’s office after lunch and the temp crown fell of a few hours later after Lent Wednesday night Soup and Sandwiches. Staff is friendly BUT very pushy on up selling. When I first arrived, I was told my x-rays from my last dental visit were not going to work because they simply sent over a screen shot of the panoramic x-rays. Keep in mind I sent them in a timely manner and they did not notify me until I arrived to my appointment. After speaking with staff, they agreed to comp another set of x-rays done that day. If you have nothing better to do with your life, go there. Wait for the Doctor to show up. Oherwise, go grocery shopping. If you have issues making fiends, maybe that's a good spot.
