Terrible uncaring service. Never been to a doctors office where everyone seem just plained lost. And when reached out to manager, attitude was only offensive. You are wrong, we are right. They have no business in a caring medical practice.
Loved the office and staff as they were nice but their insurance verification is not done at all or ineffective. I received a bill in the mail and after talking to my insurance said that the office would have been able to see what was and wasn’t covered. I was not explained the benefits properly or even told the service was not covered even though i asked repeatedly with everything they offered as i can not afford much out of pocket. I love my new dental assistant Chanda! She does a great job and the whole staff is very friendly, professional and caring. I am not a fan of the dentist office so this is a big thing for me😄I don’t want them to be too popular cause they are my secret lol but if you go tell one of the pretty ladies at the front that I recommended their services and we both get a discount🌞win win👌

Really great staff. Easy in & out
They are professional and friendly. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Kept we well informed as to what they are doing at all times. I highly recommend them.
Back in April 2016 I was told I needed to have some work done and that I would need to see a specialist. In the meantime they were going to monitor the situation. During that time I tried on several occasions to speak with the Dr. Riley to no avail. At my most recent appointment (September 2017) I verbalized my grievances regarding my attempts to speak with Dr. Riley and he said if I was not seeing the results I wanted that I should have come in or scheduled an appointment.
