My first visit to this practice. Very professional and warm atmosphere. Janine the hygienist was so skilled, thorough and accommodating. Best cleaning I’ve ever had! Liked Dr Rickert as well. Pricing for the various procedures is all up front, unlike my previous providers. I will be returning.
As usual could not ask for a more friendly and professional dental visit. Always feel like the patient comes first!

Very friendly, accommodating and understanding
Everyone was very inviting with great bedside manors, very knowledgeable and even fun believe it or not. My appointment was delightful and the dental assistant let me know what she was doing every step of the way. So much comfort and info. Very caring people work there.
My wife and I have gone to various dental groups for many years, and we both feel strongly that New Hope Cosmetic and Family Dentistry is the absolute best. Dr. Rickert and her staff are excellent!
I am a new patient who was replacing my dentist of 50 years and my hygienist of 30 - I got it right - everyone was so welcoming ,warm and compassionate - I can’t rave enough about my temp hygienist who did the best most gentle and thorough cleaning I have ever had. This practice is a great match for me/ my search is over!
