• Check in was easy and quick • Jeanine, my DH was amazing! She has a great personality and a very gentle touch. Plus my teeth felt amazing after the cleaning • Dr. Richert is very attentive and spends ample time w/ ea of her pts • The entire staff is friendly, professional, courteous, and upbeat, which is a direct reflection of Dr. Richert • Could play better music - how about some Classic Rock (AC/DC 🤘🏼)

Friendly, very competent, educates their clients
I had a dentist phobia for decades, and ironically, Dr. Rickert is in the building of my childhood dentist. Without getting into details of my past horror situation, Dr. Rickert has helped me overcome my fears and is compassionate and I’ll thank her forever for helping me overcome my fear of dentists.
Dr Dawn Rickert and her staff at New Hope Cosmetic and Family Dentistry are the absolute best. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are caring and super competent professionals who love their job. I recommend them highly.
Always pleasant , efficient visit
Allison did 5 Star care today. Explained what she was doing step by step. Clear and concise. I was actually pleasantly surprised to discover I was in the chair for over an hour and a half when it seemed like less than half that time. Highly recommend Allison and the entire staff.
Dr. Rickert and her team are superb. Professional expertise and friendliness are uppermost in each experience I've had there over the last 15 years or more! This is the dream team of dentistry!
