You greeted and took very good care of my Mothers from the minute we came through the door until we left Allison is very caring and patient Dr Dawn is also understanding and explains all I appreciate the kindness shown Thank you all

I was very happy with my first visit to New Hope Family Dentistry - everyone in the office is friendly and warm, and it is clearly a priority to make the patients feel welcome. It is easy and convenient to make an appt online, and the exam itself is the most thorough routine exam I's ever had. As a lifelong dental-phobe, it is a nerve-wracking trial to head to a dentist you are not familiar with, and Allison made me forget all about being nervous. Thanks to everyone there - so happy to have Dr. Rickert and the staff!

No wait time for appointment. Made sure I was very comfortable with a blanket because I always get cold. Great communication about what was going to be done and talked me through the entire procedure. Friendly as always!!!!

I had a cavity filled today. Dr. Rickert as well as her staff was very pleasent and did a great job makinging me comfortable and keep me informed as to what she was doing through out the procedure.
