Great teamwork between Dr. Rickert, Sue and Amy. Top notch and professional medical treatment and techniques by all but what puts them in the 5 Star category for me is how they communicate with me the entire time I'm in the chair. Ask how I'm doing or telling me what steps come next, etc. Much appreciated.

Had the temp hygienist. She was fine, but I prefer Allison. Not sure if it's because I'm used to her. Thank you to everyone on your staff who signed the sympathy card for Chris. It meant so much to us. I couldn't tell you that today. Too emotional. Love you all. Nancy

Excellent. There was very little wait until I saw Dr. Rickert. My treatment options were carefully explained, and will be considered by me. While there, she took care of another small but annoying problem and all was completed quickly.
