The cat damaged our new carpet at the threshold of my daughters room. I had some extra carpet and called Isaiah to have it repaired. He was able to trim the damage and stretch the existing carpet and it looks like the day it was installed. I have found my new carpet repair/cleaning company. That they clean grout is an added bonus!
I used NM Carpet REPAIR for stretching my bedroom carpet that had a lot of rolls. Isaiah was great...very professional but friendly. He moved some very heavy furniture and stretched the carpet to where it looks new.
Isaiah does excellent, professional work. His business is top notch with confirmation of the appointment time via text. My appointment was at noon and he was on time. He stretched my large carpet, moved the big furniture, and then cleaned the carpet. It looks like new. He is personable and communicates the steps he is going through. At the end, I had my receipt for his bill and my payment. Highly recommend!!!!
