We inherited this lot, so never even saw it. Kim went out, inspected it, and gave us a detailed description with any pluses and minuses. She recommended getting it surveyed, found a good professional who did it for a very reasonable price. When all the snow melted, she went back out to the lot, found her sign, all the survey pins, etc had become part of a “fort” created by neighborhood kids.
