Kim is an incredibly knowledgeable realtor. She has been in Pagosa for several years and knows the town like the back of her hand which was great for us as we had only recently moved to the town and knew nothing! Kim was also very attentive. This was not only during the home buying process but also once we closed. She helped us to set up movers, house cleaners, contractors, etc. Kim starts out as your realtor and ends up feeling like part of your family!

While Kim is a personal friend, we chose her to represent us because of her professionalism. Kim's suggested sales price for our home enabled us to have a satisfactory sales contract within two weeks of listing. Kim's managing of the sale & assistance in locating temporary housing for us while our new home was being built were very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Kim for a future purchase/sale of a home in Pagosa Springs. Kim is a very conscientious and professional person.

Kim is truly an amazing person. She is very knowledgeable, honest, ethical and attentive. She is a wonderful resource, especially if you are coming to Pagosa from outside the area. She continues to follow through long after the sale, and does her best to help you coordinate resources for your home needs. I highly recommend her.

Kim is very efficient and pleasant. She did an excellent job in making us aware of the available options in Pagosa Springs and appreciating their relative value. She also assisted us ably with the details attendant to a real estate transaction: the agreement of sale, banking, insurance and the like. In the end we purchased an exceptional home. Kim Moore was an absolute joy to work with. She quickly set up showings, was knowledgeable about properties and surrounding areas, pointed out things that I might not have thought of that could have an affect after purchase. When I finally decided on a house to buy, she had the paperwork done immediately, and submitted. The closing process was very smooth, and she continued to make sure everything was completed in a timely and orderly manner. I would definitely work with Kim again.
