It took me many years before I was mentally ready for a face lift. I researched “the best” surgeons for over a year. Of course, Dr. Jacono was always on the list. I spent years researching for the best doctor. I immediately noticed every dr was using the keywords "deep plane facelifts" but when I would meet with them I could tell they were not doing the deep plane approach. It turns out only two in the country actually do the whole approach. Yes, there are some drs using some of the deep plane approaches combined with other approaches, which is why so many patients have to go back for another lift.
