In my opinion, Dr. Jacono should be the #1 United States Facial Plastic Surgeon hands down. He was able to fix my completely botched and crooked original nose job from another surgeon with a revision rhinoplasty— and the results were perfection. I spent years researching for the best doctor. I immediately noticed every dr was using the keywords "deep plane facelifts" but when I would meet with them I could tell they were not doing the deep plane approach. It turns out only two in the country actually do the whole approach. I am very satisfied with what Dr. Jacono performed on myself. In my opinion, he’s not only a good plastic surgeon. Dr. Jacono actually is an artist who knows his craft. I thank him for his work.
I am writing this review of Dr. Jacono because I wish I had read something I am about to write prior to my own surgery. Yes, he is expensive. Obviously I could have spent less and gone somewhere else. But being that I do have the means, and I could have gone to anyone anywhere in the world, why would I not go to the best? Dr Jacono is truly at the vanguard of facial plastic surgery. I suffered a complex facial deformity in my early 40's by receiving massive overfill with fat grafting at the hands of a highly rated LA surgeon that was inexperienced with this then "new" technique. Dr Jacono is a miracle worker. I had bogus filler put into my face in my late 20s, which caused all kinds of havoc and reactions. I spent years trying to fix the damaging effects of that plus the effects from 2 face injuries that I had experienced in my late teens/early 20s.
