I am writing this review of Dr. Jacono because I wish I had read something I am about to write prior to my own surgery. Yes, he is expensive. Obviously I could have spent less and gone somewhere else. But being that I do have the means, and I could have gone to anyone anywhere in the world, why would I not go to the best? Dr Jacono is truly at the vanguard of facial plastic surgery. I suffered a complex facial deformity in my early 40's by receiving massive overfill with fat grafting at the hands of a highly rated LA surgeon that was inexperienced with this then "new" technique. Dr Jacono is a miracle worker. I had bogus filler put into my face in my late 20s, which caused all kinds of havoc and reactions.
