I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr Jacono two weeks ago and my nose looks fantastic! I love the results.( my old rhinoplasty was done twenty years ago by Dr Silken and was not looking good, any longer) Dr. Jacono spent a lot of time with me at the consultation; we discussed what we could do with my nose to optimize the best look for my face. From the beginning Dr. Jacono's approach was professional and yet personable. I was immediately at ease with him. His Great Neck facility is spacious and comfortable. The entire staff there is incredible, helpful, and genuinely nice. My procedure couldn't have been any smoother. Every effort was given to make me comfortable and at ease. Having Dr. Jacono as my doctor has been an amazing experience. His staff always makes me feel welcome and are always so nice to me and other patients. Dr. Jacono always sees me right away, the waiting time is always in the minutes. He makes sure I ways feel comfortable and that I feel minor pain, he engages you in conversation to distract you from what its going on. I am 7 weeks post op S lift w/lower lid blepharoplasty. Diane, patient care coordinator, was friendly and easy to work with. Cathy, my surgical RN was professional, efficient and compassionate. I saw Joe my first morning post op and he was so caring and helpful. My visits were always pleasant and fairly punctual. I had to wait up to 15 minutes on some visits, but the office is pleasant, comfortable and offers coffee and snacks. After doing a lot of research on Doctors, I found Double Board Certified facial aesthetic plastic surgeons to be the only sensible way to go. I was 60 years old man and looked like I was going on 70. Dr.Jacono performed my S-Lift surgery. He did wonderful work. My expectations were fully met. After researching and consulting with several other surgeons in NYC and surrounding area he stood out as the most qualified, accomplished and compassionate. Through many years alcohol abuse there were areas of my face that were hollow and flat. My best friend whom I trust with every ounce of my being; happens to work for a plastic surgeon.
