I am 7 weeks post op S lift w/lower lid blepharoplasty. Diane, patient care coordinator, was friendly and easy to work with. Cathy, my surgical RN was professional, efficient and compassionate. I saw Joe my first morning post op and he was so caring and helpful. My visits were always pleasant and fairly punctual. I had to wait up to 15 minutes on some visits, but the office is pleasant, comfortable and offers coffee and snacks. After doing a lot of research on Doctors, I found Double Board Certified facial aesthetic plastic surgeons to be the only sensible way to go. I was 60 years old man and looked like I was going on 70. Through many years alcohol abuse there were areas of my face that were hollow and flat. My best friend whom I trust with every ounce of my being; happens to work for a plastic surgeon. I attended Dr Jacono's seminars 3X. I knew he was the Plastic Surgeon I would use.My consultation continued to make me feel comfortable. I asked Dr Jacono for his suggestions. Two years ago I decided to have my eyes & "eleven's" (between my eyebrows)done by Dr Jacono before my daughter's wedding. I chose Dr Jacono because he did a face lift on my friend & she looked after. I had the plastic surgery done at thge end of Jan & 2 months later I was hosting a cocktail party for my daughter & her financee. Andrew Jacono is a highly qualified surgeon specializing in facial plastic surgery. I found him to be extremely informative prior to my surgery and totally thorough. I am now 5 weeks post surgery and I am delighted with the results. The only draw back to this practice are the fron desk personnel. They seem to work as if automatons and do not relater to the patient, at least not during the several office visits I've made. The back office personnel are much more concerned with the patient.
