I have wanted a lower face lift for years and had been to numerous consultations. The surgeons stated that they could not do the procedure as it would not correct what was bothering me. Went to Dr.Jacono for revision rhinoplasty 7years ago, my nostrils are now assymetrical and my short nose that he was supposed to lengthen is now shorter. The bridge he built up with rib cartilage is crooked. He lied to me about potential problems of revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage, and for years told me the asymmetry was d/t scar tissue.
