It is sad to say that it took me this long to write this review. I have been going since I got my kids braces. Do not get yourself in my same predicament. I regret since the office staff has been nothing short of rude and unprofessional. I also regret not reading more on reviews and got swept up in the initial greeting. They were very helpful until they got my full payment. It soon changed to very dismissive staff. There is nothing nice I can say about this place. Do Not come here and save the heart ache.
Horrific Experience - Wrong Tooth, No Accountability! I had an absolutely horrific experience at Newport Dental. I went in for a root canal on a specific tooth, only to discover a year later that they performed the procedure on the WRONG tooth! Initially, I trusted their expertise, especially since I had a cavity and assumed the root canal was correctly done. Plus, they're the dentists – the ones we're supposed to trust. I’d give zero stars if I could. There is Always a wait time regardless of appointment status. Aside from that, I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth removed so many times at this place. The very first time I booked over a month out and was sure to fill my paperwork in accurately because I was on medication for migraines. The day of my appointment they told me I couldn’t be sedated because of the anesthesia cocktail mix with my meds.
