Que vergüenza negarle el servicio a un trabajador que esta en la primera linea de batalla arriesgando su propia salud, lo lamentable es que apesar de llevar 2 pruebas negativas de covid no la atendieran . There was a mix up with my exrays and they were attached to another persons chart. It took quite a while to fix. My appointment was at 11 for a cleaning and they didn’t start cleaning my teeth till after 1. The hygienist was very thorough, but my appointment ended up lasting over 2 1/2 hours for a simple check up and cleaning. Not sure I will go back.
I don’t want to go as far as saying I hated my experience there, but it was below what I would say acceptable or expected. I waited 45 min to 1 hour to be seen, which is understandable and fine. Even the X-rays and me drooling was fine. The doctor was very friendly and nice as well. However, I didn’t really get my teeth cleaned �.
