Had ,as usual, a difficult situation, the Dr. And all associates made my procedure an easy, painless, efficient appointment. As always, I'll stay with Newton Dental, as I have for the last 20+ years. I'm a very satisfied patient.
I have always felt welcome at this practice as soon as I walk through the office door. I'm always greeted by name and very rarely have to wait for more than 5 minutes. The care of my teeth is great through cleanings and any other work I had. This is a family and individually friendly practice.
As always, when I come for my appointment, I feel like I'm coming to visit a lifelong friend. Need I say more?
I was unhappy with the results from my Invisaligns done by a different dentist so after telling a friend of mine my tale of woe, she recommended Dr. Berik. I went to see her and she has gone above and beyond to help me. I need to start the Invisalign process again, but I have so much more confidence in Dr. Berik than I ever had with my other dentist. I find the team is well trained, and personable, and do a very good job with dentistry. I feel, however, that each visit has something of a marketing component involved in which the staff (dentists and hygienists) promote new products, of dubious effectiveness.
