Both my dentist and hygienist are very personable and great at what they do.
I was satisfied in every way with Newton Dental.
The dentist should see me every visit I've never not had the dentist automatically see me. I was offered but thought the cleaning would help. It has bothered me since the cleaning before this.
Everyone at Newton Dental strives to make the experience pleasant for the patients.
Dr. Walsh and team are always a pleasure to deal with. Luckily I do not have many dental issues but if I did, I'm not sure there is a better place to have them taken care of.
Overall, my experiences here have been very positive. My only concern is the rotating staff... I don't feel like the professional staff really know who I am. It seems I see different staff every time I come. Althouh all are very professional and seem very competent, I miss a sense of continuity.
I have never experienced such aggressive and high pressure sales tactics in any dental practice. I paid $440 for a cleaning and x-rays and will never return to this practice. I will also skip the $100 toot brush offer. No thank you.
I had a great experience. People were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They were very accommodating to my special needs.
Its amazing how I get a web solicitation saying we miss your smile, enticing me to make an appointment, then when I request one, I never hear back from them. Obviously they are hurting for business as well as picking and chosing who they want to help. This practice did my invisalign, which went great. But now I have a crack in one of my retainers and they can care less about helping me. I am going to transfer my align account to a practice that really cares about all their patients!!!!!!!
