This is the best dentist office I've ever used. The operation seems very high class. I would definitely recommend Newton Dental Associates.
Prior to Newton Dental I feared the dentist. Now, I welcome it. They are great, all friendly and make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in the door!

I'm sure you get this often, but Tia is amazing and does such a thorough job (while still being very gentle). I will always come to see her and recommend her to my friends.
there is not much to say other than i am always taken care of with the utmost professionalism. my teeth are great and i love love love when they are cleaned.
I would rate Newton Dental Association 5 stars. The friendliness of the office staff, Annette, my dental hygenist is very through and understanding of my phobia of gagging. Dr. Anna is very thorough, friendly and easy to talk too.
They lied about the coverage of my insurance. I had to pay a huge amount from my pocket to cover the cost. They first told me that they would not perform the procedure until they verify if my insurance covers or not. They did the procedure and thought that they validated with my insurance, at the end I had to pay big money to cover the rest of the cost. Also, unprofessional staff that they refuse to acknowledge their mistakes.
I had a chipped tooth repaired and a piece repaired tooth broke off before I got home. :( I took a picture but I guess I cant send it to show you. I am frustrated and would like to do a repair that is more permanent in the future. I am a long client of Newton Dental and truly have been very happy in the past.
I am not accustomed to such fragmented care at your office. I was scheduled for a cleaning and to see the dentist. I received the cleaning, but for some reason, the dental xrays could not be performed and therefore the doctor would not see me? And my dentist never has appointments after 1 pm? Nice, but not for me (due to my work schedule). Neither is customary or good practice. I have never had this occur and will be looking for another dentist. Please cancel my upcoming (two) scheduled appointments.
