Just moved in Just moved in and was welcomed with a pup cup and a cookie which was a nice surprise. My apartment had one issue with the garage disposal but a maintenance man was able to come the same day to fix it. Nice office staff and the neighbors seem nice!

Verified Renter One of the coolest pool areas in East Austin. I have been to a lot, and none are as beautiful as here. The landscaping and maintenance of the pool is great. Pool is huge. 2 grill areas. Lots of seating. Cleaning crew comes early in the mornings to deep clean everything. Pool is consistently vacuumed and cleaned. Resident Since 2021: Poor Management, Lost Green Space I have lived at Nexus East since September 2021, about 4 years and 9 months as of June 2026. The location has potential, but my experience with management has become extremely disappointing. The biggest issue is the closure of the detention pond/dog area residents previously used. It was one of the only meaningful green spaces on the property and a major amenity for dog owners.
