Just moved in Just moved in and was welcomed with a pup cup and a cookie which was a nice surprise. My apartment had one issue with the garage disposal but a maintenance man was able to come the same day to fix it. Nice office staff and the neighbors seem nice!

Verified Renter One of the coolest pool areas in East Austin. I have been to a lot, and none are as beautiful as here. The landscaping and maintenance of the pool is great. Pool is huge. 2 grill areas. Lots of seating. Cleaning crew comes early in the mornings to deep clean everything. Pool is consistently vacuumed and cleaned. Most apartment pools in Austin get pretty gross. Not the case here. Good sun exposure during the summer months from about 11am to 7pm. Do not recommend I had several people warn me about moving into this complex before I moved in. During my first few weeks here, I also noticed that even residents who live here seemed hesitant when walking me through the community. I tried to stay optimistic, but things have continued to go wrong. They have repeatedly messed up my rent, and I’ve had to go into the office multiple times to get it corrected.
