Verified Renter The managent dragged their feet implementing a new gate system which allowed a homeless man to enter the complex and bang on doors trying to get in. Packages are stolen. There are roaches everywhere. And there is a widespread mold issue. Every unit is humid and there is no hot water.
Verified Renter Nexus does the absolute bare minimum. Being negligently reactive instead of proactive about problems residents are dealing with. Where is our money going towards??
Verified Renter It’s a lovely complex in a great location. I just wish it was guest-friendly. I work 12-hr days Emergency Management Services and love having friends and family visit for a few days at a time but I’m not available to be with them their whole visit to unlock and lock my unit door and to leave it unlocked like I what was suggested by the leasing agent, doesn’t feel right.
