Do not recommend I had several people warn me about moving into this complex before I moved in. During my first few weeks here, I also noticed that even residents who live here seemed hesitant when walking me through the community. I tried to stay optimistic, but things have continued to go wrong. They have repeatedly messed up my rent, and I’ve had to go into the office multiple times to get it corrected. Worst experience of my life I moved in and within days was having problems with my ac which they were slow to fix. Shortly after that there was a rain storm that leaked through my ceiling and created a huge mold stain. It took them a couple days to get the leak sealed up but nothing got done about the mold. They said I could wait weeks for a new unit and then dragged their feet trying to move me into something else within a reasonable amount of time. Verified Renter The managent dragged their feet implementing a new gate system which allowed a homeless man to enter the complex and bang on doors trying to get in. Packages are stolen. There are roaches everywhere. And there is a widespread mold issue. Every unit is humid and there is no hot water.

Verified Renter It’s a lovely complex in a great location. I just wish it was guest-friendly. I work 12-hr days Emergency Management Services and love having friends and family visit for a few days at a time but I’m not available to be with them their whole visit to unlock and lock my unit door and to leave it unlocked like I what was suggested by the leasing agent, doesn’t feel right.
