David has been helping us with our mortgage’s since we bought our first home 10 years ago. He takes all the stress out of the process and does everything to help you get where you want to be. Despite the current climate challenges with the corona virus David always makes himself available even replying to my messages at 8 o’clock at night. Would highly recommend to anyone.

In the 2 occasions that we have used David, he has gone above and beyond to ensure that we were well informed on what was available to us and made sure we were provided with the best deal on offer to us. We’ve used David’s services twice. The first time we met I was a first time buyer and was overwhelmed with options and risks and pros and cons. David set about helping us understand what would suit us even though my pay structure was a little more complex than we would have liked. He was a huge part of the process of getting us into our first home. I saw David recently for a remortgage appointment. When we started looking for a house in High Wycombe, every show home salesperson asked the same question - "Have you spoken to David Yates yet?" - giving him some kind of mythical/legendary status in our minds. "Just who is this man?" was asked ourselves. Well, now we know. A superb advisor. Makes everything simple and straight forward.
