I highly recommend David Yates for mortgages and insurances. He is the only advisor I would use and the only person I would recommend to friends. David is very straight talking, offers reliable advice and finds the best deal for you. I saved over £200 per month on my last remortgage and he set it up for me on his day off to make sure I got the deal before it ended. Thank you David for your help over the years.

I’ve been a client of David for a number of years now. He is friendly, frank and spot on with all his help and advice. I’ve lost count of the mortgages he’s quoted and arranged for me with my house and a buy to let. He will always tell you where it’s at and it is always a pleasure to see him.
