I moved to Atlanta from Philadelphia in 2016. After finding a primary physician, I asked about a gastroenterologist as I had surgery fo colon cancer in 2014 and needed to continue the five year protocol. Dr. Okoro was recommended and am ever so grateful. Dr. Okoro was AMAZING! She kept it absolutely REAL with me as a patient and also made me laugh. She’s a gem! The staff are so kind and very willing to talk to you and they are NOT stingy with the smiles. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Okoro and the staff, but prayerfully you won’t be sick enough to have to find out ??

Actually I recommended my coworker to Dr. Okoro, and she was very pleased as am I. Dr. Okoro is very thorough and have a genuine caring personality. I'm glad I have Dr. Okoro as my Gastroenterologist.
From the moment I walked in the door, I felt comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Oroko was wonderful! She answered all of my questions and really put me at ease. I’m still not excited about my procedure, but Dr. Orono really settled my nerves. I’m very confident in her.

Dr Okoro is always so professional, but also down to earth. We always laugh. She's so personable and pleasant. Her advice is always golden.
I must begin by saying,"I have not solicited a medical professional's opinion in the past 25 years due to a lack of trust."The front office team Carol, Cherye and Lawanda were very professional. They, in a way, made it feels if I was at a family gathering. It was now time to meet Dr. Okoro. She entered the room as a confident figure with professionalism leading the way. Her method of communication was "dummy proof". I left Dr. Okoro's office with a pure feeling of trust.
Dr Okoro is great. I would highly recommend her. She is friendly and makes sure you understand everything that is going on with your procedure, both before and after.
