Today was my first appointment with Dr. Okoro. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions.
Very informative. Very co- operative. Good bedside manner
Dr. Okoro dislocated my jaw during an endoscopic exam, and she never took responsibility for her mistake. She left it to my family to find and arrange for maxillofacial surgery to repair my jaw after six days of nightmarish suffering.
Very pleased with my visit as a new patient. Dr. Okoro was very patient and professional with my many questions.
Horrible experiences in office and at procedures. Waited over an hr. for office visit. At procedure, had to wait out in waiting room, not beds available. Very poor bedside manner post procedure. Had allergic reaction to something, still not sure what. Office screwed up self pay resulting no in several demand letters from lab. Avoid!
Unlike the others, I didn't get a professional vibe from Dr. Okoro. She wasn't dressed like what I've known doctors to dress. She had an sort of sarcasm when dicussing my possible treatment and cutting me short when talking. I left my visit feeling twice as bad and still puzzled about what is going on in my body. I brought pervious medical records to help with my case but still nothing. I feel like medicine is going down the drain and patients are numbers now. Horrible first time.
