The actual surgery portion of my daughter's wisdom teeth being pulled was fine, but the nurse who brought her in before it started was rude and had no bed side manner. The financial aspect was a disaster! They made me pay before the surgery was done, and said I would have to recoup the cost from my insurance company. Three months after the procedure I found out on my own that the office charged my dental insurance instead of my medical which was a nightmare. Was referred to go here by my dentist. I called to make an appointment consultation for an infected dental implant. Apparently there is an issue with BCBS dental and on top of that I was just quoted on the phone this morning that my consult would be $900 just to be seen and sit in the chair. Meanwhile I remembered that tufts in Boston has a dentistry school and will probably have clinics. And sure enough they have dental clinics for a broad range of issues on any specialty.
