My dogs have been going to see Dr. Jenny for over 4 years now. I have always been so happy with Dr. Jenny and her loving staff that when I lived in Pensacola, I was still willing to make the drive just to insure that my dogs were getting treated by someone I can trust. It can be really hard to find a vet that you love, so when you do - hold on to them! Very unprofessional, brought my 1 year old german shepherd to this vet multiple times and multiple times he had been put in a muzzle just because of his breed (he was not showing any signs of aggression). This last time we brought him he had a growth on his nose and it kept getting bigger so we were concerned, we waited 45 minutes to be seen and when the vet walked in she didn’t even greet my dog, she just walked up on him (everyone knows that no dog likes the vet and they’re scared so why would you just walk up on a dog?) t... read more
Let me start by saying, we have been with Niceville Animal Clinic for 10 years and have never had any issues with the clinic or Dr. Jenny until these past few days. If the issues/disappointment had not been so severe I wouldn't even be leaving a bad review. We left our 1-year old Great Dane to be neutered and he had to stay 2 nights due to "issues." Called on Monday July12th 2021, 9:40 AM. THEY NEVER RETURNED OUR PHONE CALL! Pet died couple days later. Thanks for nothing.
Can’t get anyone to answer phone. Been trying for two days. I’ve even left messagesI on their answering machine I have a prescription that’s been waiting for an approval through Chewy for a week now. They’ve also tried calling and sent emails. Due to no answer my prescription refill was canceled. I live an hour away from Vet so I can’t just run up there because they won’t answer phone. Makes you wonder how people get appointments for their sick animals. I will be finding another vet.
