RecommendedMy baby was rescued from a puppy mill and on his death bed when we took him to see them. He had so many things wrong and the staff was so caring and set us up with a care plan that saved his life. Love this place!!

My dogs have been going to see Dr. Jenny for over 4 years now. I have always been so happy with Dr. Jenny and her loving staff that when I lived in Pensacola, I was still willing to make the drive just to insure that my dogs were getting treated by someone I can trust. It can be really hard to find a vet that you love, so when you do - hold on to them! Very unprofessional, brought my 1 year old german shepherd to this vet multiple times and multiple times he had been put in a muzzle just because of his breed (he was not showing any signs of aggression). This last time we brought him he had a growth on his nose and it kept getting bigger so we were concerned, we waited 45 minutes to be seen and when the vet walked in she didn’t even greet my dog, she just walked up on him (everyone knows that no dog likes the vet and they’re scared so why would you just walk up on a dog?) t... read more

Well I just love it when the person who writes a review wasnt even here. A very nice male client came in with a shepherd with small growth on his nose. I have seen the dog before as a pup and he was fine, but now he is a mature intact male. German shepherds tend to be very dangerous to vets as they are great at home but very fearful and fear translates into aggression. Let me start by saying, we have been with Niceville Animal Clinic for 10 years and have never had any issues with the clinic or Dr. Jenny until these past few days. If the issues/disappointment had not been so severe I wouldn't even be leaving a bad review. We left our 1-year old Great Dane to be neutered and he had to stay 2 nights due to "issues." After the 2 nights, my husband picked him up, received medications & paperwork (but no cone to keep him from licking/biting) & paid the $1k vet bill. After only 2 nights with the... read more
