Very unprofessional, brought my 1 year old german shepherd to this vet multiple times and multiple times he had been put in a muzzle just because of his breed (he was not showing any signs of aggression). This last time we brought him he had a growth on his nose and it kept getting bigger so we were concerned, we waited 45 minutes to be seen and when the vet walked in she didn’t even greet my dog, she just walked up on him (everyone knows that no dog likes the vet and they’re scared so why would you just walk up on a dog?) t... read more

Well I just love it when the person who writes a review wasnt even here. A very nice male client came in with a shepherd with small growth on his nose. I have seen the dog before as a pup and he was fine, but now he is a mature intact male. German shepherds tend to be very dangerous to vets as they are great at home but very fearful and fear translates into aggression. Let me start by saying, we have been with Niceville Animal Clinic for 10 years and have never had any issues with the clinic or Dr. Jenny until these past few days. If the issues/disappointment had not been so severe I wouldn't even be leaving a bad review. We left our 1-year old Great Dane to be neutered and he had to stay 2 nights due to "issues." Called on Monday July12th 2021, 9:40 AM. THEY NEVER RETURNED OUR PHONE CALL! Pet died couple days later. Thanks for nothing.
Can’t get anyone to answer phone. Been trying for two days. I’ve even left messagesI on their answering machine I have a prescription that’s been waiting for an approval through Chewy for a week now. They’ve also tried calling and sent emails. Due to no answer my prescription refill was canceled. I live an hour away from Vet so I can’t just run up there because they won’t answer phone. Makes you wonder how people get appointments for their sick animals. I will be finding another vet.
They suck. Want me to revacinate a new puppy that had shots on Saturday because they don’t recognize shot clinics. Just after money.
I have been taking all 4 of my dogs here since we moved here. I hadn't done much research into vets and it was conveniently right down the road. I brought in my 9mo old 23lb terrier to be fixed. It ended up costing almost $550. After I heard the price I checked into other vet offices nearby and was quoted about half of what I paid here at all of them. I am very unsatisfied and feel like I was taken advantage of and overcharged. Safe to say I will be finding a new vet for my 4 dogs.

You can wear a mask if you want, we do not. We can do curbside if you want, just call us first so we know. You candrop off your pet for us to get to as we can if you are in a time sensitve situation. If I could rate a zero star, I would. Watch out for this place. I have brought two pets in to have checkups and shots. A week apart. First one ended with a price of $67. I thought that was great. Today I brought in a pet for the same thing. At checkout, the price jumped to $125. I was taken back and asked why the difference. The response was, that I was being charged for a office visit of$52 because my pet was seen by the Dr. I tried to explain that my pet had seen the Dr last week also. My experience was not good and I will not be taking my pets there again. My initial impression was the office was dirty and had not been cleaned in a while, even for an animal clinic. My dog was scared to enter the vet as she has anxiety at vets in general and it took us a while to get her in. The staff immediately wanted to muzzle my dog based on her breed (Rhodesian Ridgeback) without even getting to know her. I really wanted to like this place. I brought my pregnant pug here for an x-ray. They recommend she have an ultrasound as well. Beforehand I was told multiple times, "she might need a c-section." Amy was super sweet, she went back and had taken pictures for me. I had sent the pictures to the stud owner. He wasn't able to clearly see them. He asked if I could have them email me pictures.
